Best roasted pig ever - within 4 hours - tasty and super easy!, December 26, 2006 By Ben Neumann "The Internet's Entrepreneur Expert" (Los Angeles, CA) - See all my reviews This review is from: La Caja China Model #2 (Kitchen) I ordered the "La Caja China" directly from the manufacturer's website a few days before we had an Oktoberfest party at my house with 150+ guests. We couldn't find a caterer that would supply us with a whole roasted pig so I decided to roast one myself using the "Chinese Box". Unreal how easy it was! Exactly the way it was described and in little less than 4 hours of cooking time. Try that on a spit! The pig was the hit of the party and I had several requests from my friends to do another one. Make sure to ask your butcher to butterfly the pig for you; otherwise it won't fit into the box. The result will make you look like a master chef!

Performed exactly as stated maybe better !!!! Customer support was unsurpassed, actually had questions answered by company owner !!!!! WOuld recommend to anyone . Cost less to buy this than to have someone roast a pig for us on one occasion.

As a private chef, I've done pork shoulders, packer briskets, whole lambs, and even whole salmon inside the box, and I've always been happy with the results.
Between the fantastic product, tons of available accessories, and stellar customer service, La Caja China get's an A+ in my book!
